Dear Molly Stark Community,
For a shortened week we certainly had a lot going on at Molly Stark Elementary School.
- Our learners continue to work on MAPs/Fastbridge assessments and Writing Prompts. Thank you for your continued support to make sure learners are getting enough rest during the school week and acknowledging their best efforts in these assessments.
Classroom teachers have shared their excitement with the progress many learners have demonstrated. We are proud of the efforts each Molly Stark learner puts forward.
- We are getting closer and closer to achieving the next “marked” level in our Whole School Rewards tower. Learners continue to earn class tickets in recognition of following our school expectations: I am safe, I am kind, I am responsible, I am respectful. Stay tuned for our next whole school reward recognition.
- SVSU family newsletter has information about Covid-19 Response update, vaccination information, update for student safety protocol, calendar updates, family fitness fest, community food resources, and more. You can access this newsletter on the SVSU.org website.
- Our Molly Stark teachers and staff participated in a professional in-service day this past Friday, January 21st. Much of the time for our teachers was spent on social-emotional learning, reviewing our continuous improvement plan and resources, and collaborating with grade levels on literacy practice. Our teachers are working very hard on these professional development days to make sure we are giving the best instructional practice to all of our students. I am proud to be part of this continued work with our teachers.
