YMCA Afterschool Program

Dear Families,

 

In partnership with the SVSU, the Berkshire Family YMCA offers an afterschool program through a lottery-pick registration. The program is no-cost to families for the school year and does include the regularly-scheduled half-days. 

 

The upcoming session begins January 3 and we are excited to announce that we have some additional slots available to register for! Interested? Great! Here is some helpful information.

 

1. Join the Waitlist by completing the online Form - this adds you to waitlist and we will pick names lottery-style
1. Deadline to complete online form is Monday, December 26

3. No membership required but you may need to join as a non-member to create an online account. 
2. BFYMCA will draw names lottery-style on Wednesday, December 28
1. Only complete registrations will be considered. 
3. Notification emails will be sent to selected families on December 28 and confirmation of slot is due by Monday, January 2. 
1. May confirm via email or phone - instructions will be sent. 
4. Program session begins January 3 - please note that transportation home, if needed, will not be available until Monday, January 9.
